Eat Out On a Budget.

Updated: May 19, 2018

Let's face it, we all aren't chefs and we can't deny the fact that after weeks of eating the same things every day, dinner has become boring.

A week ago my friends and I decided to eat out. With our small budgets in mind, we decided to make a stop by Chillitos. This is a phenomal Jamexican restaurant located on Hope Road, less than two minutes away from the popular Sovereign Center. It's a hot spot for college students because of it's diversity in fusing cultures which has come to produce amazing foods , relaxed ambiance, amazing food, and affordable menu all make it worth your penny.

“At Chilitos everyday is giveaway day, there's Magarita Mondays, Taco Tuesdays and Burrito Fridays”

On those days right after a stress full exam period, or the weekend you're dying for a stress reliever Chillitos can save the day! A mere $1500 can get you a taco, burrito or even a panini with any ice cold drink of your choice.

Don't know your way around town?

That's okay, it's very easy to find. From the back gate of the University of the West Indies, a taxi en route to Halfway Tree or Liguanea should charge you no more than a hundred dollars per person. If you prefer to call a taxi for you and your crew, it should cost approximately $1000 for 5 persons to travel.

Be sure to visit and leave a comment to let me know how it goes!
